I started this adventure at approx. 211 lbs (I'm about 6 ft even in height). I fell fairly quickly to 205/206 lbs but have been falling only very slowly for a while. I'm optimistically calling this my "redistribution period" as muscle is heavier than fat and I like to think that I have been building some lean muscle!
Suddenly this weekend I seem to have dropped to around 202 and stayed there - yeah!
Yeah - the camera adds a little! My initial target weight is 190 lbs. If I ever get there I'll make a determination as to whether it's realistic to take any more off (I can dream!).
