Just back from a great 7.5 mile run. Up the beach road as far as Tortuga's Lie (and, no, I didn't stop for my customary one of theses.....)
....and then back along the beach with only the seagulls and a few pelicans flying by for company.

It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This....
Magnificent morning on the Outer Banks. Carolina blue skies with a few wispy clouds and lots of beautiful sunshine.
Just back from a great 7.5 mile run. Up the beach road as far as Tortuga's Lie (and, no, I didn't stop for my customary one of theses.....)
