Putting It Into Practice

After my "experiment in cadence" on Saturday I went out for a regular short 5k hill circuit this morning and, without going crazy, just focused on a good, steady cadence.  I actually felt pretty lethargic at the beginning, but ended up beating my previous best time for that circuit by a whopping 42 seconds!   Progress - I'm happy!

Good bike pace on Sunday; good run today......   what the heck's happening? Maybe all of this training stuff really works?
